Birth on your terms

A birth experience shaped by your values, choices, and voice.
Preparation, presence, and care to help you approach birth with confidence and intention.

A steady presence

Birth is not only shaped by what happens around us. It's also shaped by how you feel throughout the experience.

Having someone who knows your hopes, understands your concerns, and remains grounded beside you can create space to feel more informed, confident, and at ease throughout your journey.

Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, prepare thoughtfully, and create the conditions for you and your family to welcome your baby in a way that feels aligned with your values.

Our time together

Before birth
Birth begins long before labour.

We'll take time to build a relationship and prepare for the decisions ahead.

This may include creating a birth plan, preparing your support team, and exploring tools that help you approach birth with greater confidence.
During birth
When birth begins, I offer continuous presence and adapt to what you need in each moment.

This may include comfort measures, position suggestions, helping you process information, supporting communication with your care team, and protecting the space you have intentionally created.
After birth
After your baby arrives, we’ll make space to reflect on your experience and begin the transition into life with your baby.

This may include a birth debrief, emotional check-ins, early feeding support, and space to process this significant transition.

Frequently asked questions

When should I reach out?

Ideally, as early as possible during pregnancy so we have time to build a relationship, explore your preferences, and prepare intentionally for birth.

Do you support hospital and home births?

Yes. Birth support can be tailored to your chosen place of birth and the kind of experience you hope to create.

What happens if you're unavailable when I go into labour?

In the rare event that I'm unable to attend your birth, I'll let you know as soon as possible and support you in navigating the next steps.
To make this as unlikely as possible, I intentionally accept a very limited number of birth clients, typically no more than one in-person birth each month, so I can offer the presence and continuity of care that are at the heart of this experience.
